Chilling At Home On A Sunday
Chilling at Home is an inside view of a jail cell. The title is both humorous and hard-hitting since it invokes harmless objects, like a narrow bench that serves as a bed, a water-closet and a sink. The barred window is the only give-away that this is a prison cell…it could be read at face-value or be seen as a metaphor for being trapped and confined within one’s self.
Medium: Charcoal on paper.
