Return Policy

Cancellation and Changes - If you wish to cancel or change your order for any reason, please contact support@artexplore.in as soon as possible. In order to provide the absolute best service, we often try to ship orders within 2 to 3 days from when they are received, and if your order ships before your request is received, we will not be able to modify your order. If your order ships and you would still like to cancel it, you are responsible for shipping and returning the item in its orginial condition to us for a refund. Custom framed orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds and Returns - Unframed artworks are eligible for a refund within 5 days of the original delivery, unless specified at point of purchase (eg items marked final sale, or items purchased in promotion sales). Custom framed artworks are not eligible for a refund, though may be eligible for a replacement, if damaged in shipping or production. Please contact us to begin the returns process.

Damaged or incorrect orders - If for any reason you receive your art damaged or receive the incorrect art piece, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can resolve and replace the item at no charge to you.
